SHRI VARADENDRA CHARITY TRUST was set up vide a Deed of Settlement dated 31st October, 1970 by His Holiness Shrimad Sudhindra Tirtha Swamiji, for achieving the Objectives as set out in the Deed of the Trust
Subsequently, the Trust applied for and was registered with the Charity Commissioner, Mumbai vide registration no E-4532(Mum) vide registration 14th April, 1971.
Our Trust is registered with Income Tax Department and having its PAN : AAATS2133G
Our Trust is also registered with the Income Tax Department u/s. 12A of the Income Tax Act w.e.f. 02-12-2022 vide Unique Registration No. AAATS2133GE20221 valid from AY 23-24 to AY 2025-26.
Our Trust is also registered with the Income Tax Department u/s 80-G of the Income Tax Act w.e.f. 02-12-2022 vide Unique Registration No. AAATS2133GF20221 valid from 02-12-2022 to AY 2025-26. Donations to our Trust are exempt under 80-G of the Income Tax Act
Our Trust is NOT registered under the FCRA Act and does not accept any Foreign Donations
